[KPFARS-Members] BLS CPR Renewal

I will be doing a CPR RENEWAL class November 16th, please arrive 6:45 so we
can start promptly by 7.

All classes will be held at KPFARS at 121 New RD. Each
participant must register with me via e-mail or by this form:

Class size limited to 8 people per class. There is a $5 non-refundable
deposit required to sign up for class. Students can choose to pay for the
entire class ahead of time or $5 before and the remainder at class. No
student will be registered without this deposit. Deposits can be made by
check/cash/paypal/venmo as noted on the registration link.

If someone not on the first aid squad list would like to take the class.
Please forward them this e-mail as it contains important class information.
Cost for nonmembers is $50/class and they must register with me as noted
above.
