[KPFARS-Members] CPR/First Aid Class November 18

I will be doing class November 18th, please arrive 8:45 so we can start
promptly by 9.

Nov 18: 9 am- 12 pm First Aid
Nov 18: 1 pm- 5:30 pm CPR

All classes will be held at KPFARS at 121 New RD. Each
participant must register with me via e-mail or by this form:

Class size limited to 12 people per class. Cost of class is as noted above
for members. The CPR book is required for the class and from past
experience I am now including it in the price of the class to simplify so
the students will be provided books for the CPR class. There is a test at
the end of the courses and you are responsible for material in the book.

There is a $5 non-refundable deposit required to sign up for class.
Students can choose to pay for the entire class ahead of time or $5 before
($10 for both classes) and the remainder at class. No student will be
registered without this deposit. Deposits can be made by
check/cash/paypal/venmo as noted on the registration link.

If someone not on the first aid squad list would like to take the class.
Please forward them this e-mail as it contains important class information.
Cost for nonmembers is $50/class and they must register with me as noted
above.
