[KPFARS-Members] The Squad's November Business meeting is this Thursday, November 15th.

Since the regular date for the November Business meeting was Wednesday, November 21st, the night before Thanksgiving, the squad members voted to move the meeting.  Since there were other meetings on this Wednesday, we moved the meeting to this Thursday, November 15th.

The Squad's November Business meeting is this Thursday, November 15th.  The meeting will start at 7:00 pm (1900) instead of 8:00 pm (2000).  We will have a light meal (tentatively pizza and subs) as well as deserts and refreshments.  We will also have a membership meeting at 7:00 pm (1900).

The reason for the earlier meeting is that we want you to be able to enjoy a light dinner without it being to late.

As you probably are well aware, we did not have an installation dinner and no squad awards were given.  Because of that we will be giving out top respoder awards, service anniversary awards, and past officer awards for 2017.  This will be in addition to the regular business meeting.

I have also invited a speaker from firstnet.com to tell us about the firstnet roll out in New Jersey and not only what it means for the squad and EMS, but what it means for individual first responders with respect to their cell phone service options.  I am awaiting a response from the speaker to confirm his attendance.  I have attached several flyers explaining FirstNet.

This is one meeting you should really attend to congratulate our fellow members for their 2017 accomplishments and to learn about FirstNet.  So please try to attend this meeting.  If, however, if you cannot, please let me know via email and I will excuse you.
