Because this poses a danger to persons traveling on the roadways with many accidents having already occurred since many drivers have not faced these conditions since last winter, after conferring with others, I have decided to cancel tonight's meeting and reschedule the meeting for Monday, November 19th at 7 pm at the Squad Building on New Road.  I realize this may cause a conflict for some of you and apologize for that.  Our meeting includes several important issues that we need to address.  Additionally, we have planned to recognize our members for their accomplishments that we usually do at the installation dinner, but did not do because we did not have a dinner this year.  We have food, some of which will keep until Monday and we were able to delay the preparation of other food until Monday.
This meeting will be an important meeting, so I hope you can make it, even if you have to adjust your plans.  I also hope the weather cooperates this time.
If you can make it, that would be great; however, if you cannot, please let me know (via email) and I will excuse you.
