[KPFARS-Members] Annual Pot Luck Dinner/December Business Meeting is December 19th at 6:30 pm

While we usually hold our annual pot luck dinner earlier in December, this year it will be held on the regular date (third Wednesday of the month) on December 19th.  It will be held at the New Road headquarters and the dinner will start at 6:30 pm.
You and your family are cordially invited to attend.  Our Explorers and their families are also invited to attend.

I will be calling all members to see what they will be bringing to the dinner and to get an approximate count of those attending so we have enough soda, etc., on hand.

If you want to email me this information, it will save me a phone call.  Otherwise you should hear from me in the middle of the week.

Per our bylaws, the December business meeting is limited to old business, election of officers, end of year committee reports, and emergency matters only.  I will cover the election in a separate email later this week.
