[KPFARS-Members] November Business Meeting/Nominations - WEDNESDAY NOV 20TH AT 8PM

Hi everyone,

This is a reminder about our business meeting scheduled for Wednesday (tomorrow) at 8:00 PM. The Membership Committee will meet just before the meeting at 7:45 PM. In-person attendance is preferred; however, a zoom link will be provided for those needing to join virtually. Please contact me if you would like a zoom invite.

During the meeting, we will be holding nominations for the Executive Board and Line positions. If you are interested in running for a position, please let either Frank or me know prior to the meeting.

Members nominating another member for a position at the meeting must ensure that the nominee is present or have the nominee provide a written acceptance of their nomination.

Attached are the meeting notes from October and a copy of the current Constitution and Bylaws that have descriptions of positions and election procedures. Feel free to reach out to the current officers if you have questions about any of the positions.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please let me know at your earliest convenience.
