To all,

 

It has been 1 month since the last business meeting.  At that time we
discussed the status of open charts and set a deadline of July 1st to
complete and close overdue charts.  For those of you that stepped up and
completed your charts, thank you.  At this time we will start
administratively closing old open charts from oldest first.  There are many
from last year that will be closed as is.  If you have a reason not to close
a chart that is 6-12+ months old, please let me know asap.  NOTE: if we need
to reopen a closed chart we can by request.  

 

>From this point forward, all charts must be closed within 1 week of the
call.  If you run a duty night, all of your charts should be closed before
your next duty night.  If there is a reason not to close a chart in the
allotted time, please notify a line officer for an extension.
