All charts in emsCharts older than 6 months have been Administrative closed
as is.  If you need to add information to the closed charts, please notify a
line officer for assistance. At this time there are 5 charts still open that
are less than 1 week old.  Please ensure these charts are completed and
closed within the required 1 week period. The remainder of the open charts
