Effective tomorrow morning, South Brunswick will no longer dispatch the Kingston FAS. Starting tomorrow, South Brunswick EMS (SB3) will have 3 daytime crews on Monday through Friday. Two will be dedicated to South Brunswick. Two of the crews will be on from 6 am to 6pm and the third crew will be on from 7 am to 7 pm. There will also be an SB3 crew assigned to Kingston calls seven days per week and will be on from 7pm to 7am. There will also be SB3 crews on over the weekend. The weekend crews will not effect our current scheduling of Kendall Park crews.
As SB3 attempts to put on a third daytime crew, by hiring additional persons, they have crew shortages and need assistance to provide a third ambulance next week.
Right now, they are not able to provide a third crew on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6 am to 6 pm. If you can cover any of these shifts, please let me know. As of now, the crew would be the first ambulance out for all Kendall Park calls. If you can commit to covering one of these days. let Srini and me know. Remember each call accumulates 3 LOSAP points.
Thanks.
