   Just FYI.

   SB dispatch made a minor change tonight that you might’ve already
   noticed.

   You will see the email with Case number, address as soon as the Crew
   Chief notified the dispatcher that Crew is being assembled.

   So, if you can’t understand the address received on pager tones or from
   the dispatcher over radio you can quickly refer to the email.

   Please let me know if you would like to receive such dispatch emails. I
   can add you to the list(Next Week)

   dispatchers working, but only one will use the new Unit; this way you
   should be able to tell if there is a difference in timing of the pages

   Hope you are doing well.


   Is it possible for dispatchers to enter CAD immediately after the
   squads confirm that they are assembling crew instead of waiting for
   the unit to go into service?

   Looks like they are entering only when a Unit is assigned.


   If it helps squads have specific unit numbers like SBEMS(821,822,833)
   irrespective of the ambulance we use, we can work on that as well.


   Most of our members receive the emails once the case is in CAD. They
   just click on the address and the default map pulls up. It really
   helps.
