[KPFARS-Operations] Emergency Purchase/Replacement

The Portal Suction Units on 2 of our ambulances stopped working due to
battery issues. We have an immediate need to replace both of them.

As per Article 9/Section 2 of the Bylaws, we are purchasing 2 New Portable
suction units, newer models as per the link below

The existing portable suction units will be repurposed by replacing
batteries and will be used on First Responder Trucks and/Or SBEMS
ambulances.







*Article 9Section 2 The following disbursements may be made without the
approval of the generalmembership: utilities, mortgage, emergency vehicle
repairs, reorder of exhaustedfirst aid supplies, and emergency replacement
or repair of first aid equipment.*
