We are happy to report that Registration for the 2024 EMS Council of New Jersey Symposium and Trade Show is now open!

Please register early. Early Bird Pricing ends on September 1, 2024. Prices will increase after this date.
Any squad that was in good standing as of July 1, 2024 is eligible for one free registration for a member that has not attended convention in the past two years. The squad should email njsfacregistration at emscnj.org<mailto:njsfacregistration at emscnj.org> to get the registration code.  The discount is ONLY for registration. Meals, class fees (if not training fund) hotel and any other expenses are the responsibility of the member.
A few things to remember:
If you are taking classes for NJ EMT CEU'S - The name that you register with MUST be the same as the name on your EMT card. (including any middle initial) Please check your EMT card when registering to ensure that they match.
There is a section for Dietary needs. If you have any special dietary requirements you need to tell us on the registration form so that we can inform the hotel and they can make arrangements. This must be done in ADVANCE of the event.
For anyone attending the Saturday Banquet we need to know your food choice in ADVANCE of the event. Please complete this when registering. We need to provide this information to the hotel prior to our event.
The link to the EMT Training fund form is in the registration program.
THE FORM MUST BE TYPED (except for the officer's signature which must be in blue ink) - handwritten forms will not be accepted.
Remember when completing the Training Fund Form your name on the form must match the name on your EMT card including any middle initials.
The name of your squad MUST match the name on the EMT Eligibility list from the Department of Health. The link for the list is: https://www.nj.gov/health/ems/documents/Training%20Fund%20Eligibility%20Update%20June%2020,%202024.pdf
PLEASE check how your squad's name is listed there and put it on the form exactly as it appears.
Lastly leave the area that says "NJ Course Approval Number" BLANK - do not write anything in that space.
If your training fund form is completed incorrectly - it will be returned to you for corrections.
You must bring your EMT training Fund form to the convention, with your squad officers' signature in BLUE ink in the designated space.
PLEASE Share this info with all your squads and ask them to share with all their members.
More convention documents will be posted on the Council website shortly.
