[KPFARS-Operations] Final Version of November 2024 Schedule

I have updated the preliminary schedule, I sent out earlier this month, based on the changes that were requested through midnight and have prepared the schedule accordingly.  The final November 2024 schedule is attached.

Please review it carefully and note the days and times you are scheduled.  It is your responsibility to ensure that all of our shifts are covered.

If you cannot make a shift, please switch with someone or get someone else to cover it.  Do not just ignore it as that may lead to us being able to provide care in an emergency.

I will be putting this into Planit EMS over the next few days.  I will not update the printed copy attached and email it every time there is a change.  It is your responsibility to check Planit EMS on a regular basis.

If you do switch with someone please let me know via email, so I can update Planit EMS with who is actually running.  We use Planit EMS to track hours for LOSASP purposes and these records need to be accurate.

Hrushi Patel, Amar Chiini, and Karthik Kalikiri have volunteered to help with scheduling, so if you cannot reach me, please reach out to them.

While it is improving, there are still several holes in the schedule, and we have been unable to cover Sundays.  If you can cover any of the open shifts. please let me know.  This especially applies to the many members listed on the squad roster who are not scheduled to run.  Membership involves running at least 24 hours per month,  If you do not run you cannot maintain your skills and not only can you not provide adequate patient care, but you are actually a risk to your other crew members, who expect you to aid in patient care.  Additionally, we spend money for insurance, etc., based on the number of members we have without respect to whether they run or not.
