Dear Customer,

ZOLL emsCharts is migrating user password management to ZOLL Online. This email is to inform you that emsCharts users within your agency: Kendall Park First Aid & Rescue Squad will be migrated on October 29, 2024.

We have displayed several in-application messages to users over the past several weeks to inform users of the coming migration. We recommend that you also notify your users of the planned migration date and encourage them to verify and, if necessary, update the email address associated with their emsCharts account. This will ensure the delivery of emails from ZOLL Online for completing their account setup after they have been migrated.

We have attached an example user notification for your reference. Please note that your users will be prompted to enter a passkey if your agency is configured to use our mobile products (ZOLL emsCharts NOW, ZOLL emsCharts for Windows, or SyncPad). If you are using ZOLL emsCharts for Windows, please make sure to upgrade to our latest version<https://help.zollonline.com/emscharts/Content/Subfolders%20for%20Whats%20New/Windows%204.4.6.htm>, which supports linked accounts.
